When I was pregnant with Noah I spent the last few weeks before he was born knitting a blue baby blanket. The whole time thinking "Well, if we don't have a boy I will just give this blanket to my friend Nancy who I know is having a boy this month." Here I am again, 2 years later, knitting a baby blanket during the last few weeks of pregnancy and once again thinking "Well, if we don't have a girl I will just give this blanket to my friend Nancy who I know is having a girl this month."
What a handy friend! I love those blankie colors - very warm and friendly.

ReplyDeleteAnd Katie, you are right I do kind of owe Avery a blankie since her big brother Jeff got one when he was born. The first born gets everything.
