I love it when I can make a new delicious meal out of leftovers. Maybe you won't think this is too creative, but it tasted so flippin' good I had to take a picture.

What is your favorite leftover creation? Is there a meal you make knowing there will be leftovers to make a completely different meal?
You are making me hungry! I don't have a leftover concoction that I like. I just like leftovers! There's no thinking, no prep, no complaints. Can't beat that!
ReplyDeleteI make roast with potatoes and carrots, and then the next day I chop up the leftovers, mix with beef gravy, salt and pepper. I buy those frozen pie crusts and cut them in half. Spoon some of that meat stuff on the crust, fold it over, fork the edges and cook. It makes a little meat pie that I LOVE.

Well I am just the happiest girl in the world because I happen to be throwing a roast in the crock pot today...tomorrow Mrs. Jones meat pie!
