My Favorite Restaurant

Is the Cracker Barrel (or the Crackle Barrel as my cousin Kim calls it.) Just look at my sweet family enjoying the down home goodness.

We were on our way home from Indiana and after passing 68 Cracker Barrels over the course of 7 days, and being completely tortured each time we didn't stop for fried catfish, or blueberry pancakes, we finally stopped for dinner on our last night away. I got catfish and my boys got blueberry pancakes. Mmmm, butter.

  1. I was about to take you off my blogroll because I thought you had given up blogging! I was wondering what happened to you. And for the firefox thing below, I have never heard of it. I just post when I think I have enough material for something that is interesting. It just takes getting into a routine whether you post everyday or three times a week like I do...just get into a routine...

  2. I was so excited to move back to an area where there was a Cracker Barrel! We lived in Hawaii for 18 months and then California for 2.5 years. NO CRACKER BARREL! Isn't that nuts? I'm a Big Momma's Breakfast fan myself. :o)

  4. My family and I have a saying..."We go there for the food!" The service at our Cracker Barrel is so bad that the past two times we've eaten there our meals have been free. Any other restaurant and we'd never go back. But we can't stay away from that food!

  6. I ran across your blog today. It is so refreshing to see someone not ashamed to speak of God and state they are a child of God. Keep blogging, I'll be checking back.
